Mary Scott

Mary Scott has extensive experience in the medical and health fields. Working for Via Christi Health, she was Program Manager for Innovations/Transformation in Wichita, Kansas.

Prior to that, she served as President and Health Care Consultant for Scott Associates. Other management positions including engagements with: Critical Care, Home Health, Family Medicine, Cardiology, and Managed Care. At Preferred Health Systems, she directed the Wellness Program, Care Management (including utilization, case management, behavioral health, and wellness services), and Quality Management (including receiving accreditation from JCAHO for health plans).

Prior committee responsibilities and skill areas include: Operations, ERISA, Pharmacy Therapeutics and Safety, First Level Appeals, Quality Enhancement, JCAHO Oversight, Consumer Advisory, Behavioral Health Advisory, Member Education, and Network Management.
